Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Summit Heights Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Academy and the parents/guardians of our students. By completing and submitting the Entry Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all the terms outlined below.

1. Admission and Registration

1.1. Admission is contingent upon the completion of the official Summit Heights Academy Entry Form and payment of the non-refundable registration fee (₦1,500).
1.2. The information provided in Section A (Child's Personal Details) and Section B (Parent's/Guardian's Data) must be accurate and complete. The parent/guardian signing the form must be legally related to the child.

2. Financial Policies

2.1. Fee Payment: All school fees must be paid in full before or at the commencement of each term. Failure to do so may result in the student being denied access to classes.
2.2. Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made to the school, including but not limited to registration and tuition fees, are non-refundable.
2.3. Supplementary Charges: Parents/guardians agree to be responsible for additional costs that may arise, including but not limited to educational trips, specialized learning materials, textbooks, and costs for repair of damages to school property caused by the student.

3. School Operations and Conduct

3.1. School Hours and Punctuality: The school gate opens at 7:30 AM and closes at 7:40 AM. Punctuality is mandatory for the safety and routine of all students.
3.2. Student Pick-Up: A child will only be released to an individual presenting the official student ID card. The school must be informed in writing of any alternative arrangements.
3.3. Student Withdrawal: The Academy reserves the right to require the withdrawal of a student for serious offences, including but not limited to persistent misconduct, violence, or actions that severely disrupt the learning environment, at the sole discretion of the administration.

4. Parental Responsibility and Declaration

4.1. Accuracy of Information: Parents/guardians declare that all information provided on the entry form is true and correct to the best of their knowledge.
4.2. Agreement to Rules: By signing the form, parents/guardians agree to abide by all the laid-down conditions, rules, and regulations of Summit Heights Academy as stipulated in this document and other communicated policies.

5. General

5.1. Curriculum: The Academy reserves the right to modify or update the curriculum, school schedule, and extracurricular activities as deemed necessary for the benefit of the students and the institution.
5.2. Communication: The primary modes of official communication will be via WhatsApp, email, and notices sent home with the student. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure they are reachable and review all communications.
5.3. Force Majeure: The Academy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or pandemics.

Acceptance of Terms
Submission of the completed Entry Form constitutes full and final acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
